1. How soon after placing an order will I receive my goods?

The estimated delivery time for orders within and outside the European Union is from 7 to 30 days from the payment date. ABRIKOS is not responsible for delays caused by local holidays, customs processing in the destination country, strikes, or other force majeure events in the destination country. Specific information about the dispatch date can be clarified in our chats for each particular order.

After dispatching the package, we will send an SMS with the transport declaration number for tracking.

We do everything possible to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

2. How do I determine my size?

You can determine your size in one of these 2 ways:

1. On the size page, there are charts that will help you easily determine your size.

2. Simply send a message to our consultants in any chat that is convenient for you.

3. What is the maximum number of units in an order?

Minimum – one. Maximum – as many as you want.

4. Can you apply logos?

Yes, of course. However, it will take additional time (a few days). Our support consultant will inform you about the exact time it will take to apply the logo, so please send us a message in any of our convenient chats.

5. Can I return/exchange an item that doesn't fit?

Yes, at your first request we will immediately replace your item with another size or refund your order.

Please send us an email at orders@abrikos.ua, or in the chat where we have been corresponding, about the exchange or return of the product. Do this no later than 14 calendar days from the day you receive the parcel.

All items for exchange must be in new and unused condition, with all factory markings and labels, in the original packaging.

6. How will I receive the funds for the returned goods?

Depending on the method you used to pay for the order, you can receive a refund: - if paid by bank transfer, a refund is possible to any bank card provided by you and registered in your name. Full details of your card must be provided. Or to a customer's bank account, with all the necessary details specified.

7. Does the product color on the website differ from the actual color?

The colors of all products are accurate, although there may be a slight variation in color, depending on the screen brightness settings from which you view the product.

8. Can I make a purchase if I am a legal entity?

Yes, of course. Please specify whom the invoice should be made out to.

9. Is there a wholesale discount?

Yes, the ABRIKOS wholesale discount depends on the order amount and is indicated alongside the price on each product on the website.
